Renew Program for Women™ for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

prenatal and post partum physical therapy

Maternal Body Strength™ Prenatal and Post Partum Physical Therapy

Pregnancy, childbirth, and child care are all events that can result in significant physical changes to a woman’s body, often creating new stresses. Effective and safe interventions are available from Renew PT to both treat and often prevent these conditions.

Femphysique Program™ for Incontinence and Prolapse

Our Femphysique Program is designed for women recovering from childbirth and for women who are suffering from symptoms of incontinence due to perineal tears, caesarian scars, leaking, pelvic pressure, prolapse, abdominal weakness and pain. This program involves a total woman approach, with a detailed evaluation of your pelvic floor muscles, abdominal muscles, scar and or painful body part. We do this at your first visit so your healing journey starts right away when you become a patient of our program.

Pelvienne Pain Program™ for Pelvic and Sexual Pain

While female pain is often caused as a result of having children, there are a host of conditions that exist which cause extreme pain and discomfort but have nothing to do with having a baby. The Pelvienne Pain Program offers solutions for women who are needlessly suffering from conditions like dyspareunia (painful intercourse), vulvodynia, lichen schlerosis, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, post-surgical scar pain, bladder pain and pelvic floor muscle spasms and triggerpoints.

S.T.A.R. Program™ – Scar Therapy at Renew for Perineal, Cesarean and Abdominal Scars

Scars are a natural part of all healing processes and the scar tissue (adhesions) can result from caesarian births, perineal tears, myomectomy surgeries, laparosopic surgeries and endometriosis. Here at Renew PT, we believe that all men and women who have undergone surgical procedures or have scar tissue in the abdominal or pelvic floor should come in for our S.T.A.R. Scar Therapy Program™.

Osteocise Program™

The Osteocise™ program is designed to teach the osteoporosis patient safe and effective exercise regimen that they can do in their home, gym or office. It promotes independence and follow up visits are scheduled on a monthly basis to update, change exercise regimens and discuss problems if any with the graduates of the program.
