Many low back, hip, and sacro-illiac conditions can be traced to poor foot and ankle alignment, flexibility and strength. This simple 5 minute yoga series for the lower legs will help you rejuvinate tired, aching ankles and feet and help restore proper function from the feet up.
Hold each pose for 10-30 seconds, or as tolerated. Avoid holding the breath while performing this series. Repeat 1-2x daily. Flow from one pose to another to complete the series, holding longer on the poses which give you the most challenge.
